okies, so it's not a faery, BUT look at the pretty my hubby and kids brought back to me from a festival we have in town every year. it's a dragon etched on the front glass and mirrors around it. a light behind the dragon burns liquid incense! sooooo pretty and he even got one of my all time favorite scents, too. kudzoo. Mmmmm......if you've never smelled it, do! it's wonderful!!

lol, no i magine ya'll wouldn't know of it. it's not a flower, it's a viney weed brought over many years back from japan. it's not all over the u.s., mainly down here and it will take over EVERYTHING!!!! if you were to take some home with you, it's liable to take over your state. lol. it's almost impossible to get rid of, but people who aren't from here love it. our rolling hills are covered in it. it's pretty, no doubt but it will take over EVERYTHING!!!! lol. i mentioned that, yeah? lol. it grows a foot or more a day! it does bloom, but they grow so quick one rarely sees the blooms. anyhoo, people can actually cook with it too. i've heard of kudzoo jelly. they say it tastes like plum in a way. it smells wonderful!!!! i'm gonna have to find some incense or candles for ya'll and send it out. it's really yummy to smell!!!

Wow that is beautiful...so jealous. Are we starting another addiction???
I've never heard of that before either. I know spearmint goes crazy here. I love the smell, but it loves bees too. As long as I cut them back when they flower all is good. I have a small area that is enclosed with concrete and that's about the only way to keep them from taking over like you said.
I'm going to look for that incense on line. You know how I am about that stuff..

lol, well, another addiction? well, i've kept it secret all this time, but i've collected incense burners for years. lol. i have several different regular, wooden ones, ya know like you see everywhere, but now i only get one if it's really unique looking, so my collection doesn't get out of hand. lol. this one was a perfect choice of the hubby! lol. the last one i got was that faery one with the georgeous silver faery with pink sparkly wings? i still haven't brought myself to burn insence in her bowl. i just keep dry resin incense in that bowl instead. lol.
yeah, you should find some of it, saf, it's a really reallly good scent! lemme know if you can't find any!

hmmm, it kinda reminds me of a weed that grows here that everyone thinks is beautiful and can't get enough of. Do you have lupines? Anyway, sounds lovely all the same...might have to sneak me some over faery to plant here! teehee

nah, never heard of lupines, but it's the same concept here. people who aren't from around here think it's just the prettiest stuff and my godparents from ohio just had to take some home. i wonder if it has taken over the state yet. lmao! (they also had to pick fresh, 'real' cotton from a field too. he he he......) by the by, if you do get some kudzoo, canada will never be the same. lmao!!!!
