oooo I see. speaking of smudging I think I'm going to dry my own sage for it. My sage plant seems to be out of control and I'll never use it all...so I thought this would be a good way to use it. Does this mean I'm opening myself up to another addiction? *delicately coughs I mean new affinity?

I tired to grow sage but it was at the end of the spring last year and it died before it did much over the summer... Do you have seeds? The fall is right around the corner, I can't wait to start my fall garden and plant the seeds you sent me Sloan,,, I wanted to wait to plant them until it cooled off a little so they wouldnt have to struggle through the head.... I will probably start my fall garden a little later then normal this year, I usually start it in the end of Sept but depending on how I feel it might not be until October.... Ohhhh speaking of gardening,,, I found another watermelon!! It is about an inch or so big, it is so cute! I am so excited because I have a feeling this is just the beginning of this plant producing fruit! I would love to have a bunch of homegrown watermelon!

No seeds...although I haven't looked really....hmmmm....And as to watermelon my little guy is about as big as a tennis ball now and I've got a few other little cute ones coming in. I'm so excited! And my chamomile plant is even more out of control than my sage...trying and hoping that my rosemary and eucalyptus start to come up but I'm starting to feel doubtful..sigh oh well such is the way of things. Now did I read about you saying something about chocolate covered feather fans? What?!

Oh how cute, I wana see a pic of your watermelon!! Is it a big one or a little one? The one from last year was an icebox bush watermelon, it was so cute... I found 2 more baby watermelons yesterday while weeding! I am so excited, so far that makes 4! I am charging my camera, it just pooped out on me when I took some pics this morning so I will share some more pics of it later on

I didn't know what weather was good for growing sage. I thought there was a long drying time too. Lots I know. I can't wait to smudge my house completley. I love the smell of sage and sweet grass.

Hugs, if you can grow them, we should be able too, right? I know this was asked before, but do you need starts or seeds. I'll be looking too. That would be sweet to grow your own sage.

I grew mine with seedlings. But ya, if I can grow them you should be able to. I'll check for seeds though...maybe I can send some to you.
