Salem is pretty close...I can actually get there on the commuter rail ( I don't have a car so I judge all distances by whether I can take public transit).  |

Good gosh.. I thought I'd never get back in here! I had only one day off this week, Saturday, and one of our Dogs lost his collar, that goes to our wireless fence so we spent half the morning walking around the property looking for that sucker! We finally found it. Thank goodness. Then we got to spend half a day at our REN FAIR.. it's only 3 days long here  , and then I took an extra class Sun and Mon. so those where 2 days gone too... Christine, did you have fun in Salem? What did you do? I love pickering wharf.. it has that nice little restaurant on the end that I ate french onion soup at every time we go to it! I don't know when we will be back again.. I know I'd love to go with my Mom to be with her so she can go to gram and gramps gravesites, when she's ready, we'll be on the way. I miss you all so very much, I have this whole next weekend off, so I can be on the computer and just read everthing I've missed! Star, How are you feeling? Love to all, and hugs too Janet |

oh cool. ren fair! that would be alot of fun! i wish we had a ren fair here or faery fest.............. we only have a celtic fest...............darnit all. lol. was it fun?

teehee definately not the only one that says Chica my dear. Although I'm glad there is someone else that does, cause I thought it was just me!lol A fair sounds like fantastic fun. We don't have any fun stuff here like that....and faery I wish I could go to a Celtic fair....loves celtic stuff.... Anyway, glad you found your doggy safe and sound. And hopefully we'll see you around this weekend! |

i love the ren fair,,, aka renaissance festive they have one in february down here every year,,,, i havent gone in a while cause its a lot of walking but since my back is on the mend i am hoping i can get to it this coming feb.... saffy that would be a great "excuse" for you to come visit me!!! if not this year maybe next.... actually you too Kristi,,, since your an idaho girly and didnt know what it was! heck,,, sloan it would be fun for all of us to go,,, anyone that wants to,,,, come with,,, lets do it hehehehe its so cool people dress up like medieval times and they sell all kinds of crafts and stuff lots of it from the renaissance era,,, its totally cool,,, if i go to this coming one i will for surely take pics |
