Been to the Canadian side of Niagra Falls with the high school band. I think it was some "Apple blossom festival."
Christine....I know what you mean....Boston does have a great energy to it,for a big city, anyway. My brother used to live in the back bay. We could sit on his rooftop deck and watch the planes take off from Logan...good times, man, good times.....

Yes I have. I recently went to Canada twice - Calgary and Vancouver. I have also been to Portugual, the Azores, Spain, Mexico, Jamaica, Grand Cayman...and I think that's it.

I lied too. I have been the the Canadian side of the falls. We went in February and it was amazingly cold. The falls were so beautiful frozen. That was amazing.

Glad to hear that some of you have been on the Canadian side of things, you just need to travel a little further and come my way to Nova Scotia!! teehee I leave Canada every year to go to Maine and visit family and stay at the family camp. Sometimes have driven farther down, I have family all over the States and even more now that I have all of you!!

OK....Next question........
How old were you when you realized you were the spiritual path that you are on right now?

I somehow knew it here and there through the years - as a very very small child I remember levitating... but it was february 3, 2003 that this all began for me in a conscious way.

I believe my higer self always knew. I had been preparing myself since I was about 16. But life came and went. I finally realized what was happening December 10, 2002. That was when I had 2 eye opening events in the same day and one was an OBE...I knew I had to follow then.
Karen, thanks for knowing the date, it made me think about it too.

is it too late to answer that? lol. i was about 5 or 6. just old enough to know how to write. i wrote God a note saying, "dear God, i love you, love me". i folded it up really tiny, stood on a chair and tried giving it to Him through the ceiling. i got sad and cried, after he didn't take it from me. but after thinking on it for a while, i realized he knew already. he didn't need a peice of paper. that was the day i knew i was spiritually driven. been there ever since.

Does knowing the date make you crazy? Sure hope not, since mine is March 12, 2004! I had heard whisperings in the wind before that, but March 12 was the day it really hit me in the face, so to speak.....

Saffy, I know the date because it holds a few meanings for me...it was a big deal.
Aura - OH MY GOSH! I nearly cried that was so sweet. I love that note to God. I LOVE that.

It has special meaning for me too. I had my back surgery on that date and spent Christmas in a wheelchair buying gifts. I don't know why I remember the 10th, but for some reason, I remember a couple other dates. I had my tubes tied on April 15th....wow, why does that day seem familiar?

Well, it's Sunday so I'll can tell you half. I took Sara to Chucky Cheese yesterday. She had a blast, I got a hard time. We could not find a seat and ended up in the back room and when I say back room, I mean I couldn't see anything. I kept walking out front and ended getting a seat, yeah...now I can watch. She had a blast and I ready more of Sonia.
Today, everyone is playing in the livingroom and Sara is going to my daughters place for a while this afternoon. Giving me time to do some things that have been neglected.
Thanks for asking Karen.

I saw Atonement last night and I'm supposed to go to a one year old's birthday party with a clown but I don't want to. I think I'm going to skip it.
