A lot of people are scared of hummus, but once you have it, you become an addict very quickly lol Hummus - basic recipe 1 can chick peas, drained 2-4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tblsp sesame oil 1 tblsp olive oil 1-2 tblsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Method: Chuck everything into a food processor, blend to desired consistancy. I like to put it in the fridge for a bit to let the flavors blend, but you can eat it immediately. When you are hooked, you can start adding other things...feta cheese, capers, etc to liven it up a bit. Serve with veggies, bread pieces, crackers, etc for dipping

OMG Hummmus is sooooooooo healthy for you. Low in calories and delicious as can be! Thanks for the recipe. I'm going to add it to my collection, since my healthfood store doesn't always have it in stock.

Me tooo! I love hummus,,, I am glad you posted this cause I have never made it before, just ate stuff others made and the stuff from Whole Foods, they make a garlic hummus that is just so yummmmmmmy! I love making my own stuff so thanks, im for sure going to try this one!
