This is, bar none, my favorite cookie recipe. I have so many cookie recipes, if you need cookie recipes, let me know.
1/2 C vegetable oil 3/4 C cocoa 2 C sugar 4 eggs 2t vanilla 2 C flour 2 t baking powder 1/2 t salt 1 C 10x sugar
Mix oil, cocoa, and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time mixing well after each. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make balls from one teaspoon of dough mixture and roll in 10x sugar. Place 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min.
I usually cut it 2 min. I like a softer cookie.
DO NOT OVERBAKE

I hope this turns out great. This is one recipe I didn't have much problem with. The worse thing about this one is making the balls. I found if you put a little oil on your hands it is easier to make the balls. It is a very sticky dough, and you may have to wash your hands a couple times, but oh, the end results are so worth it. They look so pretty and taste even better.
