two-four peblano peppers 1-2 pk cream cheese bag of ready to eat salad shrimp (or regular shrimp choped into small pieces) two-three green onions 1 pack of bacon
cut the peppers in half to make 'bowls'. in a bowl to the side, mix the cream cheese, shrimp, chopped gr. onion and a pinch of milk to thin. (just a little). mix well and fill the peppers with mixture. after they are filled, wrap each pepper half with a piece of bacon. set in the oven on 350 or on grill until bacon is crisp and golden. (talk about YUM!!!!!)

they aren't too bad. just enough heat without being tough to take. sometimes i think they are hotter than other times, but that's the roll of the pepper, huh? lol. (SO YUM!) you can also add browned ground beef, too. that's the way the mexican restaurant makes em. actually, i think they also add a little salsa to the cream cheese mix or maybe just some taco seasoning? something like that. this is one you can play with and change up anyway you likey.
