Hi everyone,
Due to my recent issues with Maestro the cat I've been thinking about karma. My mentor/teacher had told me I have a karmic connection with the cat and I really didn't believe it til now.
You know in life when you have to make those ridiculous decisions you don't want to? Relationships, friendships, career, etc...now that I've made the decision to put Maestro out at the acreage, that 'tension time' is over and the next stage for me is moving into play.
I believe those times have a lot to do with our karmic connections with others, and until we work through the issue together, things are hard and we feel pressured to make decisions about things. Once you've made your decisions/dealt with the issues at hand, that karma is released I think, and then the next karmic issue can be brought into play.
Do you believe in karmic connection in this way, or in another way? Have you ever had a karmic healing? My teacher routinely contacts her karmic counsel (we each have one) and resolves her karmic issues, raising everyone's vibration...
What do you think?

absolutely. i believe in karmic connections of all kinds. people, animals, even objects. one can't deny what one feels in heart. your heart tells you pure truth. i feel connected to my cat, as well. also my family, of course, but some new friends, too. i didn't believe i had those connections with anyone outside of family until the past year. then, i found undeniable deep connections with others. i was impressed, actually. i think there are a couple people, though, that i share a more negative karmic connection with too. i'm still learning to deal with those and handle them better. luckily, most of my connections are positive ones. i'm glad for that.

I totally agree with Aura. There are both positive and negative karmic connections. Of course, I believe we learn both ways. Sometimes I think people cross your path and then go on their merry way and there are others you may share a path with for a while and you will always remember the encounter and what you learned. But also some people walk with you for a long while and are your support team. Of course, our ultimate walk is alone.

Absolutely agree with these ladies. I've never done karmic healing before, it sounds neat though.

I agree, too. Karmic connections are a part of all of our histories. I have done some Karmic healing through past-life regression. I agree that once you realize and acknowledge the Karmic connection it can be healed. I think we carry "cell memory" of all major events and issues throughout all of our lives. Acknowledging those memories is the first step t resolving the issues. The Karmic Healing sounds really cool! Kristi

I totally believe we are karmically tied to one another in that way. I have also done karmic releasing for others and myself, it is helpful when you are looking to move past a certain situation, thing, idea, person or what not. I also believe that even though you recognize the karma you may need to still work some of it out. Just because you recognize it, does not mean it is all better, in fact I think sometimes we carry it with us to next lives... Like what Kristi said,,, cell memory. I dont think it is like cutting a cord, it is more of a process instead of just, that is that... If that makes sense?
As far as Mastero goes,,, what do you feel is holding you back on putting him on the farm? I am curious, does he ever attack others or just your fiance?
(((hugs)))

Tee hee, I love karmic things!!!
Hmmm. Well, I'm scared to put him out on the farm because I live in Canada..the land of the deathly winters! It will get about -35 or so this winter (and every winter) and I'm scared he will freeze to death. Farm cats don't go in the house, period. They have shelters set up for them, but still. I worry. I don't want him to die out there!
But what choice do I have really? We are taking him to the vet tomorrow, more than anything just to ease my mind that we've done all we can. I'll ask a few friends if they would like to have him (he's good if it's only one person, but you still have to lock him away when strangers come over) but other than that, he's farm bound.
Maestro has only attacked my fiance, but has made attempts to attack others (grandparents, strangers in the house, etc) unsuccessfully because we lock him away as soon as he shows any signs of aggression.
My fiance & I love Maestro, we don't want to give him away, but I guess he's choosing his route, not us. He's choosing to be aggressive and nothing we can do will stop that. So yeah, I know he's farm bound, it's just a matter of time :S
