I have read the books and I know what they say,,, but I would like to hear what you all's favorite dream stone is and why....
I personally cant wear fluorite at night, I have crazy sometimes nightmarish dreams when I do... Its no fun, and I love flourite,,, I just gotta take it off before bedtime.
It might sound odd because this isnt typically a dream stone, but I like rhodochrocite to sleep with next to my heart. It helps me feel restful and really calm, and if I remember my dream it is usually a pleasant one.
As far as one that enhances my dreams, I really havent used any to do that,, so I am curious what you all have to say about that!
((hugs))

hmmm..... well, i think i've mentioned this before, but my favorite is angelite. great for deep, astral or past life dreams. it surely can 'take you away'. lol. i also love my spirit cactus(es?) and i have a special grid next to my bed, made with them and some special quartz points. not to mention a 'dream bag' hanging right above my head on the iron frame. lol. i have quite a few, i guess, since dreams are one of my favorite things to work on. sodalite is great too, by the by.

I am going to have to do some experimenting, Elaine gave me a really nice chunk of tumbled sodalite,,, I have been holding it a lot but I havent slept with it... I think I should.... Also I think I have a tumbled piece of howlite,,, I know I have a howlite pendant,,, which color is best to use? I was thinking of making a dream grid for the headboard of my bed,,, Elaine also gave me a cool merkaba in sodalite and I thought that would make an awesome center piece for a grid so maybe I will do that with some howlite or labradorite... I dont have any of that,,, yet! Thanks for the suggestions girls,,, I love them!

I know the blue howlite is more of a dreaming stone, it helps as a recall and insight stone into dreams and the white howlite is supposed to help with insomnia (which really helps me, since I don't sleep well) Not sure if that was what you were referring to when you asked about what colour?! teehee But there you go all the same.
