So recently I was once again in my most favorite shop, and picked up the Ascended Masters Oracle Cards and I shuffle them a few times. Then the deck just refuses to be shuffled anymore and low and behold I have Apollo staring up at me. Now if any of you have seen the art work for these cards, wow. Loving this card and wish I had the picture to post here, but I don't unfortunately. So today I will write about Apollo, who by chance was one of my favorites growing up and I even wrote a poem about him in University for Greek Mythology. Anyway...
Apollo (Greece)
Apollo is the sun god who oversees prophecy, light, music, and healing. He is also one of the 12 original Olympian gods. He is the son of Zeus and twin to the goddess Artemis.
He is known for willingness to help humans who are in need, and continues to intervene when needed. It is said he spent a lot of time in ancient Delphi, helping oracles and prophets with their divinations. Today he helps psychics and spiritual mediums elevate their gifts to the highest spiritual points. In some New Age circles he is known as Elohim (which in Hebrew means divinities) who bestows Divine wisdom and spiritual understanding upon us.
He helps heal physical and emotional wounds and awakens psychic gifts by helping to replace unforgiveness with compassion and understanding. He motivates us to take excellent care of our bodies, and to make physical fitness an intricate part of our lifestyle.
He is found to help with exercise and healthful eating, and helping to keep us motivated. Helping is happy endings to stressful situations, and fixing mechanical problems. He helps with psychic, clairvoyant, and prophetic abilities - as stated earlier by helping to open them and bring better understanding of these gifts. He can help with weather too, most of us know him for his sun chariot - he can banish clouds in favor of sunshine, both literally and metaphorically.

Apollo can be contacted anytime you need assistance, however you may have a better connection at high noon when the sun is at its peak! Then say onto Apollo: Brightest of the bright Apollo, please come to me now. Please shine light upon me so that I may see clearly. Help me gain a deeper understanding of my situation so that I and everyone involved may be healed. Help me feel compassion for myself and others, and to release any anger and unforgiveness now. Please help lose all heaviness in my body, mind, and heart so that I may soar high like you.
