Such a warm welcome! I feel blessed. Namaste & bless you all! Here´s something I just wrote to my 'Reiki-master' about experiences after Kundalini Reiki 2 attunement: "Thank you again for this wonderful trip you provided for me! It´s been now one week since I received KR2 attunement and it´s been just amazing time, I tell you. I feel also fortunate to be out of work at the moment: I have been able to concentrate on Reiki full-time! Therefore, I have been doing healing for myself & some others for, say, five hours a day & some jogging on top of that, I´ve done KR meditation once a day, as you adviced, I have found online Reiki-communities in my native Finland and in U.S., that I´ve joined. I´m also planning to take part in Usui 1 -course in August near my home. I hope you don´t mind . Earlier I was very tense and stiff person, but now I´m beginning to be like a gymnast! One by one all the frozen muscles in my body just let go & relax. I feel so light & smiling. The rapid-eye-movements that I told you about after KR1 have intensified into 1 000 000 rpm! They still seem to be connected with muscle tensities relaxing. Sometimes I lay in my bed and my legs are shaking like in epilepsy. When I sit and do KR-healing my hair seems to stand up as the steam flows in full power! As I meet people they seem to smile at me, which wasn´t the case earlier. Also my friends keep on noticing chages in me. It´s all so good, but I realize that I´m only in the beginning of the path. I haven´t so far been able to quit smoking, but I´m sure the time will come when I´m ready for that... I just cannot wait for the next step KR3, but I will wait for the 10 days to go by the book! ? How long have you been practicing Reiki?I am very new to Reiki and have been practicing it for approximately three months now and it has been a very positive experience for me.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. It's a very loving and pleasant atmosphere and I've learned much already from reading through the posts. I love reading about what other's have experienced and helps me to better understand things that I am experiencing as well.
