What is your favorite way to connect?

What is everyones favorite way to connect with their spirit guides?

I like to communicate with them when I am doing things that dont really require thought but have to be done anyhow, like doing the dishes, or driving in the car... you know like when your on autopilot in a way...

I am always fascinated about topics about peoples spirit guides and I have been listening to some talks from Sylvia Browne and she always gets me thinking about the other side more and more and bringing up new questions and thought processes for me...

I do it at those moments, too. I do it whenever. I guess I don't think about it. I just do it.

mmmm...ya I agree with Karen, I just do it. Not really thinking about it, enless I have a really bothering situation and I'm meditating (trying to at least! lol)

well, i hate to follow the leader, but i just do it as well. actually, i have done it all my life, but didn't always realize what i was doing, ya know? i always mentally spoke to 'someone' and always 'knew' that 'someone' was really actually there. after i got older, i learned about our guides and such and just knew that's who i was always talking to. (not in a crazy, scitzophrenic kinda way, though. lol). but, yeah, i've always instinctively known i was not alone and always just talk to them, telepathically i guess you could say? just as i talk to anyone. (did i sound crazy enough for all?)

I've always had that inner talk going on too. Sometimes the information I'll get with be very specific and precise. Other times I get confused by the answers I'll get. You know like something short like "blue" or something that I have to figure out. It'll come to me on down the line like "OH I get it... blue!" And it'll just be a realization but it takes so long! Keeping in mind perfect timing and all.

But lately I've been connecting through writing. Been amazed out the clear specific answers I get. I just write down a question and what ever comes to mind I write it. Maybe this is just what I personally needed to find the answers I'm seeking.

I agree with all of you...without thinking about it, it happens. But I have noticed that when I'm taking a shower I hear more. Someone once told me water helps.

Lots of times when I'm driving, and before bed when I send Reiki to myself and everyone here. Also, often when I am working. When I talk to clients the words that come out of my mouth aren't always mine. Sometimes I just know what to say, and other times I don't even think of them, the words just come through me.

Funny you should say that Kristi, that words come out of your mouth that are not yours. That happens to me too. I connect best in the bathtub Saffy. I think that water is a great tranmitter. Every Saturday and Sunday morning I get up early, while the rest of the house is still asleep. I light candles, put lavender oil in my burner, brew a cup of coffee, and get into the tub. I meditate, do past life regressions, send Reiki, and sometimes read if there is something important I am working on. I really look forward to tub days.....

<~~~ just before I go to bed, and while I am sending Reiki to myself, or other people long distance. They often just "pop in" during these times.

I either have a sign-which I pay attention for one-they do happen daily.......You'll see something or overhear something and go"ok,I get it" I also go with the strong gut feeling!That is the one that never fails.I often "feel" to connect as well.

Oh angela, that's me too...the signs are all around us if we are willing to see them.

Like the other day....something happened to my car...there was a big crack on my windshield. I started the car, and the cd in my cd player was playing a song that contained the line, "Rise above it, rise above it..." I took that as a very clear message to chill, it's only a crack.

hmm, good question dark... sometimes i have other confirmations like a feeling or sensation to go with it,,, and other times i just know because i know how i feel.
