ok, i love this site! i use this for, both, meditation and yoga or both at the same time. it's just wonderful. pick the music, set the timer for how long you need and relax. since i use it for both, i just picked one of the forums for it. lol. enjoy!

i also had a thought. some of you may do this too, but i use google as my home page, right, and i have several added things on it. one of those things is daily self meditation, which is just basically meditative thoughts, ideas or concepts for one to think about. i thought i may try to add one daily here, as well, just to give everyone something to ponder for the day. what do ya'll think? i figured i may start another thread tomorrow and just add another to the same thread each day, so there won't be a hundred different threads for the same thing. anyhoo, here's today's self meditation.............

Ok, so now I read this post... When they updated Proboards this week a lot of my "new" posts were deleted and new ones that were old popped up. Some others said that happened to them too.. So I think thats why I missed this! And of course I think this is a great idea! I use igoogle.com as well for my home page, but I guess you prolly knew that... there are some other widgets there that I love and depend on all the time

oh yea igoogle rocks,,, and if you make a google name kristi let me know cause i have a google chat thing with my gmail account you email me to,,,, it has a chat modual that you cna add to your igoogle page,,, i catch some of the girls here on it sometimes,,, i use gmail to get all my email too so when im emailing i can see who is also on their igoogle or gmail accounts....
if you read your email on the net, you can forward all your email accounts to one gmail account, which is what i do,,, it makes it simpler for me, not having to check 10 places for email,,, it all goes into one and i tag everyone i knows email and put them in folders too... the folders are cool cause i get a lot of ads and stuff like that and i made one called "wanted junk mail" and every time i get an ad or something i want like that but dont want cluttering up my inbox I just set a filter up to make it go automatically in that folder so when I want to look at them I can just look there.... it actually makes "junk" mail fun instead of annoying.... i get a lot of emails,,, so i am thankful for igoogle and gmail

yeah, she got me on it. lol. not too shabby actually. i already used google as my homepage, so it made sense to add the gmail and chat. now if only i can remember to chat more, yeah? lol.
