Receiving healing from your guides

Sometimes when I am too tired to do Reiki on myself I ask that my guides, angels, and other spiritual beings that I feel connected to come and give me a healing. Sometimes I can feel the energy moving through very strongly.

I admit, I do it too.... Sometimes when I feel overly exhausted or whatever I ask for Reiki from them. I can feel it working and sometimes I can hear the angels say something to me when I do... Thanks for bringing this up Christine,,, I didnt always do this but someone told me about it a year or so ago and I started asking more

okies, not sure where to put this, but i think it'll fit here, just the same......last night; not sure if anyone was sending to me or what, but i was laying there, relaxing, meditating into my cathedral, then began to open to send reiki to several people. afterwards, i opened myself to recieve any positives that may be for me. just in general, i guess. i had nothing in mind. anyhoo, i began to feel dizzy headed(new to me) and i raise my hands(as i always do when i'm recieving) and they got HOT!!! they will usually tingle or tickle, but never get hot and they were really hot! then they began to strongly tingle with the heat. i was trying not to dwell on it and just recieve, but at the same time, i was caught off guard by the dizziness and the heat. i think ya'll have spoken of this kinda thing, right? what does it mean?....................i mean HOT! lol. and to be laying down, i was still dizzy? hmmm.............so, after i felt it was all done, while my hands were still burning, i put them to my heart and i felt the weirdest, vibrating tickle in my heart. i channeled it to go through my entire body and fill me with light and i swear i could feel it!! i'm just impressed. this experience was different than before..... ok, i'm rambling aren't i? what do ya'll think?

Wow, sounds incredible. What Level of Reiki are you? Maybe you're feeling an energy boost and ready to move to the next level. Not sure if this was part of it, but I sent to the whole board last night. SOunds like a wonderful experience!

well, i'm just now working on usui II. you may be right. i've waited a while before taking the next step, so maybe it is time. i was really tickled pink about it, i have to say. couldn't wait to share with all of you, my family!

Well, I've never thought of you as being dizzy at all Fairy, but, I know almost everytime I do or receive Reiki I can feel differently. Star can maybe answer this, but both REceivre and REiki are both RE, could they be influenced by the REtrograde. It seems or me, lately either I complete really cool long sessions or I fall asleep. I have even fallen asleep and wake up at the same chakra, and then continue.

Every night before I go to sleep, I invite all angels, archangels, spirit guides, reiki guides, ascended masters and beings of light (yeah, I say this every night LOL) to come to me and provide whatever healing or ascension to the next spiritual level they deem I need. I always start feeling my crown open and I fall asleep. Lots of times I wake up in the middle of the night, absolutely VIBRATING with reiki energy.

I always remind myself that since we are on a free will planet, we have to invite/ask before anyone/any beings will come to us as they can't interfere.

I actually attribute this to my quick spiritual growth. All beings of light want to help us, but they can't unless we ask.

Very cool, Aura. I sometimes feel a little dizzy after receiving a very intense treatment. I think it's that a huge amount of energy has come in and it takes a while for the body to adjust.

Did you just do Reiki II? I have heard a lot of people have really intense experiences like that after II (although I didn't have that myself).

Shawna, that's a great idea to call in your "spirit team" each night. I tend to wait until I'm completely depleted before doing that but you're right they may not be able to help us unless we ask.

not yet. getting ready for it, though. i had just finished sending though, so i had flow going on.............

My palms are usually very hot when sending and sometimes receiving. Kinda reminds me of a hotflash, but I just try to channel it and let it flow over and through me. What a neat experience to have if you've never had it before.
And I sometimes ask at night especially when I'm going to bed if I don't make it through clearing my chakras or doing reiki treatment I ask for a little extra help in getting it done. I find I've been sleeping a little better since I started asking.

Aura, I sent some Reiki to the whole board the other night. Perhaps Kristi and I were sending it at the same time? Around 11pm-ish, eastern?

Well, I often call upon my angels and guides to be with me while my body sleeps, and sometimes, when I cannot sleep, I will give myself a treatment. I agree with you, Shawna, it does aid in spiritual evolution...whatever you are ready for. Plus, with all those beings of light by your side watching over you while you sleep, who wouldn't sleep well?

it was prolly around that time, actually. it may have been both of ya'll and my guides. they can send, just as easy. maybe they were waiting on my to ask or open, so they could send 'the next step', so to speak. either way, it was tr'e cool!! lol. and, yup, i surely slept well! lol...

Star, I also ask everyone to join me... In fact I ask almost everytime i meditate or even ask for guidance, I ask my guide to please ask which AA should be with me during (what ever I am needing)

My hands get a little warm, but I usually get tingles both on my hands an whatever chakra I am using at that time.

What a cool discussion,,, funny that we all seem to do the same thing, but never really talked about it before,,, or at least that ive read we havent.... I totally believe what you said Shawna,,, our guides, angels, etc want to help but we have to ask.... I am positive that a lot of decision making I was having problems with regarding my back was answered by the angels,,, i asked and they made it obvious what choice i should make.... had i not asked i might still be wondering what to do about surgery.... asking to me,,, is the key

Ok, so I have done this the last 2 nights, and slept so good! I normally cannot sleep more than 8 hours because I wake up hurting and have to get up. I get up much earlier than I actually have to for work. The last 2 monrings I have hit snooze on my alarm several times, and actually slept 9 1/2 hours both nights. Thanks so mucy f ro this suggestions, I am feeling great!

Thank you christine for this thread.only yesterday i tried this slept off within a fraction of seconds.sometimes while im free i used to send the reiki to the universe stating the intention as to come back to me when im in need and also to go the people in need.

Thats awesome you guys,,, when im hurting i usually ask AA Raphael to come to be with me,,, i can feel them actually sending reiki to me at times... you know it totally believe it works with your intention,,, and i love the idea of sending it for when you need it in the future, i do that too...
