two of my favorites

I was at the airport on Monday and was browsing around a bookstore, killing time. I saw a carousel of quoteable cards and I found two of my favorite. The first is a part of a stanza in my favorite poem "Desiderata" by Max Ehrmann. The second is a quote from Ghandi.

"Be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and stars. In the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul." (A few of the lines were skipped and not put on the card, but it was close enough!) - from Ehrmann's poem "Desiderata"

"Be the change you wish to see in the world." - Ghandi

Those two of my FAVORITE quotes and I was thrilled to see them. I bought them both and I am going to frame them and put them in my house.

sweet! while i was on vacation we went to green field village in michigan,,, there Henry Ford took many peoples houses and work places and rebuilt them into a village,,, I took lots of pictures and quotes from people like Robert Frost, Edison and others,,, I will share some when I get home and mess with the camera
