Glad everyone's diggin' it. My guides advised me to do a tea ceremony every single morning and evening. Actually, I'm a slacker and only do it in the mornings, but I've been doing it for seven years now. I have had all sorts of teas. I am currently drinking spearmint tea, which not only tastes good and has a lighter flavor than regular mint tea (which I don't care for), but it is said to decrease unwanted hair growth on the body. No, I'm not a gorilla! LOL But I have pcos and one of the symptoms is facial hair growth, which I tend to get. It's helped.

You know I was never a big tea drinker, but do have a cup of green tea once in a while. I love teas but can never seem to find ones I like enough to keep drinking. Any suggestions? Someone told me TYO (I think) was a good brand. I tried it once and got a taste that was ,,,yuk.
With all those good qualities, everyone should be drinking tea.

I drink a variety of teas. Celestial Seasonings are great for the selection at a regular super market. And you cand get like just Peppermint or just whatever. But have found the Tazo teas to be really great blends. I Love the Zen and Calm. Very yummy. I would have to say Zen is my favorite favorite. I have some here. Maybe you can sample some a see if you like it.
Also Starbucks will sell the dry Tazo tea's individually for like .40 maybe grab a couple of different types. If you don't want to spend the price of a box for one you may not like yano?

I love Tazo Zen Tea! I also like th Republic of Tea and and Rishi Tea. I have been making big batches of different kinds of iced tea so that I can take it with me all day. I have a Mr. Coffee iced tea maker that makes it so easy to make iced tea. I have a cupboard full of tea, actually Ronda ocassionally bans me from buying more cause our kitchen can't fit my collection, lol! Kristi

Funny you should mention Starbucks. I tried to buy some of the bags of tea and they didn't think they could sell them to me. I'll be they were new and just didn't know.

YEAH! (((Hugs))) to my fellow Tazo Lovers! Kristi you sound like me. I've gotten better and "only" have 6 boxes right now lol! (thats just the herbal stuff). Saffy when you're here we'll have to scoot over to Borders Books or Target (YEAY TARGET) and we'll grab some of the individual deals cuz I know they sell them there. I've bought them before there. But I have plenty of zen and calm to sample here

I'm a tea fanatic as well!I use a lot of "Traditional Medicinals" and "Yogi" tea.I use a lot of splenda or honey for flavoring.Bigelow makes two I really love called "vanilla chai" and "vanilla caramel".These two are wonderful with a little creamer and sweetner.Chai tea is my fave tea.Very creamy and smooth. They also have some called Chanakara which help balance your chakras...they're pretty interesting.I use a lot of herbal tea for ailments.Celestial seasonings makes "tension tamer" and "sleept time extra"-both awesome for use after a long day.The teas are an aquired taste........i hated them at first but eventually got use to the taste. My kids have had them since they were babies due to all their allergies. They aren't real crazy about them either....but my youngest has gotten use to them.My fave drink from Starbucks is a "Green Tea frappucino"....I'm addicted to these things. It's like crack to me......LOL!I'm craving one now but they're too expensive!LOL! Also Arizona teas makes really good tasting green tea. This is what I drink daily.....if anything you will probably like the taste of these.

Ok...I barely know some of the names you guys are saying. Lainey, I am counting on you to guide me through the forest of teas, ok. I'm sure I'll be bringing some home with me too. Is that ok? Well, I didn't mean I would take yours, I'll buy some, well, maybe I'll put one or two in my pocket when you aren't looking.
