I have been wearing a rune necklace that I wore a long time ago when I first injured my back. On one side of it, it says warrior and on the other side is the symbol. It is actually the rune of Twiaz. Here is a description of the rune,,, it seemed quite fitting for me to happen to find this again and put it on right now

Meaning
Tiw, the god of battles and legislation. Protector of warriors and mariners. Courage, compassion.

Tiwaz is named for the Norse god Tiw, after whom Tuesday is named. Tiw is the Norse equivalent of Zeus or Jupiter. He allowed a wolf to bite off his right hand in order to bind the wolf's chaotic force and thus protects warriors (both physical & spiritual), the disabled and the left-handed. Tiwaz also represents determination and male sexuality. It symbolizes new challenges and initiations into new understandings.

ohhh cool, then you can tell me what your thoughts on this rune is.... I have been wearing the necklace since I wrote this... I feel attached to it at the moment... Lucky its on a long cord so I can still wear a short necklace too,,, although I havent been wearing many gems lately.... hmmm i wonder if it has something to do with this rune i am wearing!

I think I wrote this somewhere. I do have one gem that I used to wear all the time, but since I have been crystal crazy, I don't. But when I feel really off, I do put on an ametrine and I can feel an immediate difference. I'm sure there is a stone for you that will do that for you, Hugs
