Hurrican-ish Fay....

There is a weird part of me that actually likes hurricane season... Ive gotten some massive reading done when the power was out for days on end.... Which in itself is kind of cool...

Well there is a tropical storm or low grade hurricane pointed my way,,, they named her Fay,,, tomorrow is suppose to be the first day of school but they closed schools for our county,,, so the kids wont be starting tomorrow... Maybe they will start on Wednesday, as the hurricane is suppose to his Monday night-Tuesday morning school will likely be closed Tuesday too...

So lets all send some Reiki to this hurricane and let her be not too bad... They are predicting a level 1 which is really just a BAD storm,,, the lights dont even always go out in a 1,,, so lets hope their predictions are right... We have gotten a few of the outer bands of the hurricane already,,, it is like over Cuba right now.... I dont mind the hurricane being here,,, just hope it isnt too bad and no one gets hurt... So if all my light worker friends can help me in sending Reiki and putting a bubble over the rest of Cuba and Florida in helping the hurricane be just a nice wind-rain storm... That would be great!

I know I have been scarce on the boards lately,,, but I am catching up with work and the rest of life,,, but if you dont see me for a little while,,, the power might have been knocked out... They take their sweet time putting it back on,,, but thats OK I have lots of unread books that are just begging for me to get them to go out! LOL!! My neighbors have a generator so I will at least be able to hook up my fridge and if necessary hang out with them if its too hot...

Wow, that's so scary. I guess people who live in Florida for a while just expect these things, pretty much like we expect tornados.

Wellll shes only still a tropical storm,,, thank goodness,,,, here is a radar pic for you....
I am in between Miami and Ft Lauderdale,,, right in the middle of some nasty bands of weather... Its pretty yucky outside,,, were safe and all but its raining cats and dogs hehehe

hehe i didnt,,, i was playing on my puter all morning,,, it wasnt too bad,,, just a LOT of rain,,, the storm itself was moving pretty slowly, in fact we are still and will likely for the next few days, get some of the outer bands of the storm,, i was looking at the map of it today and i think in a day or two you will prolly get some of those outer bands too Faery,,, it is headed that way,,, although its not a hurricane,,, its still a LOT of rain!
