I'm pretty sure I astrally traveled the other night, because I was kind of flying/dancing around with a friend of mine who died right after high school, and when the "dream" was over I felt like I slammed into my body. And the really funny thing is that when the dream was happening I wasn't aware of needing the restroom. The nanosecond I got in my body, it was like, "gotta go, gotta go, gotta go....NOW!" Aura, do you have that sensation of suddenly being aware of your body? That's a new one for me.
