Hi, Has anybody try making your own fruit enzymes ? I tried making mine for 3 days now and it turns out quite good, with very nice fruity fragrance. Here in this part of Asia its getting popular with housewifes. I am not sure how to post a picture in this forum, perhaps for those who are interested you could Google a search on DIY fruit enzymes. Interesting alternative health remedy. Can't wait to taste it after 3 weeks.

Wow I googled it and found out how to do it... I never heard of anything like that before! It tastes good? What is the purpose of drinking it? The article I read said that the fruit eventually turns into alcohol,,, I remember my friends going to Saudi Arabia for the gulf war and they took fruit and fermented it to make alcohol out of... They said it was gross tasting but it did the job!
