i wrote this last mother's day while watching my beautiful babies growing in front of my eyes. i began remembering how i felt the first time i saw them and got all mushy about it, so i thought i'd share. lol. ~hugs~

the dream of all dreams
my one true call....
to bring the lives
true love all.

the blood is shared,
and so the flesh...
as is the bone
and first breath.

all my dreams and
longing to be...
is sweetly staring
back at me.

cherished so deep,
welling to the grin...
neverending love
filled within.

however so gentle
this love can be....
never challenge the strength
this power brings.

Aura, that hits me coming and going. Being a mother I can remember and feel that unconditional love.
