I have been giving Reiki to my Husband who really needs it. My question is, is it common to feel some vibration in one hand and pins and needles in the other. They were in two different spots if that makes a difference.

Go with what your intuition tells you. I have had that experience as well. You can feel different sensations or energy, or even no energy, in each area of the body, so it makes sense to me, that if you have your hands in two different areas, you may sense or feel a different sensation depending on what is going on in that area. The "pins and needles" sensation was usually an area calling out for more Reiki for a longer period of time. Trust your intuition and guidance about how long to stay in an area, or to continue giving Reiki. I feel that body continues to use the Reiki energy even after you finish the treatment, for as long as it needs for healing and balancing energy. It is so good that you are sharing the Reiki with your husband. Sharing the Reiki energy is so wonderful!

Yup I totally agree as well. Well spoken Willow.
Reiki will always go where it's needed most but follow your intuition as well. It's always a good thing.
