Angels

I have been attending a channeling class and mediumship. In a channeling last night I asked the question, "Why am I so attracted to angels?" What the channeler said to me, " I have a mission and I was once an angel that chose to reincarnat as a human." I just don't know if I believe it and what the heck is my mission, to save the planet? It is not the answer I was expecting. What do you angel experts think of that?

I don't know too much about this but Doreen Virtue has written a lot about people who were angels or fey in previous incarnations. Some of it really makes sense.

Cool that you're taking a channeling class and as Christine said Doreen Virtue has said that people sometimes incarnate into other forms. Follow your instincts my dear would be the best advice I have to offer right now but where is our Angel expert? Lynn? Where you at?!

Ummmmmm.....I'm like you, Mirna, very attracted to angels, and supposedly am an incarnated angel. I don't know if I believe it literally either, I just go with it because incarnated angels all have similar traits, and I fit it perfectly. As for your mission, it can "just" be to be a lightworker and spread the love from God/Universe around. It doesn't mean you have to shoulder the whole peace on earth thing alone. But as each of us lightworkers spreads in our little corner of the world, it helps the entire consciousness evolve. So, we definitely all have missions.....just don't feel like yours is some big burden to carry around. We don't want to droop your wings!

If you feel an attraction to the angels, it means that they are probably your special divine ones to call on for help, too. Look at Aura and her faery connection. I just don't FEEL that, even though I'm open to it and want them around. But I FEEL this pull from the angels. No different than someone feeling a calling to be a therapist or a nurse or a whatever.......just your special little band of heaven's helpers. I have had people read me and tell me there are sooooooo many angels around me. Probably the same with you.

Okay, that's probably enough to ponder for now.

yup. agreed. i actually do feel it in me. always did, just didn't know who or what, ya know? the older i got and the more i learned, the more i learned of myself. i also have had others see it in me before i knew and even others who've never even seen me but can feel my true spirit. very interesting situation, i'd say. it may be that way with you. some, i suppose, wouldn't 'know' it fully or just yet, but it doesn't mean ya won't. for some, i guess it's just a strong connection and others would be incarnated. either way, there is strong connection, right?

Thank you for your input. I asked the same question two days later to a different channeler at a reiki circle my sister and I were having. "Why am I so attracted to angels?" The response was, "Because you want to go back. You were a guardian angel for someone and you tried to warn him about crashing in his car. He did not listen to you and died. So you incarnated to a human to channel and speak so that more may listen." Needless to say the idea is setting in and makes sense to me. I have just returned from Doreen Virtues class in Anaheim yesterday with my mother and sister. Happy Angel Day everyone. It was amazing to be around 500 other angel enthusiast in one room. I was literally going cross eyed because of the angelic energy in the room. There were many amazing stories to be heard and many beautiful souls in so much pain and in need of healing and love. Healed they were! When it was time for Doreen to do some readings, everyone raised there hands in hopes of being read. I too raised my hand and new this woman with the microphone would come to me. She turned to the crowd to pick a raised hand but the only eyes she even looked at where mine. It was intense. Once I had the microphone, I could barely utter my own name to introduce myself. For the third time this week, I asked the same question, because I am still in disbelief. Doreen said that the angels said, "Mirna has not been here before." Among other things said, that makes three channels in one week telling me the same thing. Okay I believe already! I was given the prediction earlier this year, that there was a big change at the end of summer for me. Now I know what it is. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it would be this. I have to laugh about it. As I learn to channel, I will pass on the tips that I have been taught to me, for those that are interested. It has been the most exciting week of my life.

I forgot to mention, when we went to lunch break at the Dorren seminar, a young girl all dressed in cream color dress and lond cream colored. She had a list of books that she recommended that might help me. I thanked her and asked her if she was in a similar situation, she avoided the question. So I asked her if she was an angel, she smiled shyly at me and walked away. Anyways, the list was filed with so much energy, that when we tried to read it we get dizzy. A week later the energy is still coming off of it. Tell me that wasn't an angel. I told my friend about it and I could see in her face she didn't believe me. So I went and got it and when I showed it to her she started rubbing her forehead like someone had slapped her. It was so funny! Moving on the author is Flower A. Newhouse. She passed in the 1990's, but has left a legacy. She was an incarnated angel and at an early age could see angels and fairies and new of the various ranks of the angels and their charges. So any of her books are recommended or look up her foundation down in San Diego. She gives tips on how to practice hearing them. I am still working on that. Good luck my sisters...
