i was pleasantly surprised today by a package from "mind, body, spirit". i was confused because i didn't order this. i called and come to find out, it was a gift from my mother. lol. i'm impressed. after all these years, she finally knows what i like. lolol....anyhoo, has anyone ever heard or dealt with this? it's really cool, actually. it's a big fat binder with lots of page cards that go into separate sections,right. they have to do with every single thing spirit related! crystals, tarot, oils, meditation, herbs, signs, etc. i mean everything! and every month or two they send more pages to add to the binder that you can read and learn from. it also sends a great meditational music cd that i'm listening to right now and i LOVE! also, a bottle of essential oil (this one is jasmine massage oil) and a crystal point! so cool. i'm gonna have to call me mother to thank her, but i just wanted to ask if any of you have heard of this. maybe i'll learn something new to share with ya'll. lol. ok, pointless sharing out. lol.

Wow that is so awesome! Sort of reminds me of when my relationship with my Mom started to change... for the better. I mean like we started realizing we had some things in common. Later started doing things together (meditation circles, shaman training, etc...)
Maybe it's a sign of good things to come.
Also popped in my head that dream I had where you said..."Gotta go meet my Mom" and you were very excited to go be with her. (if you 'member that I think I shared it with you)

of course i remember. lol. you may be right. we spent many years at odds, so it's nice that she understands where i am and who i am. i was surely happy to go see her, wasn't i? lol. it's a really good thing. sloan, not sure about where it comes from. i think it's from a book club she orders from alot. i'll ask and get back to ya though. now i'm looking forward to seeing what comes next month. lol.

I actually got the same thing about a year ago, I canceled it though after a few shipments because I called and asked them how much would it be in total after the book was completed and it was some redicilious amount like 700$ or maybe more, I dont remember now so I was like,,, uhhh cancel that I can buy a library of books for that amount! They get your by sending something out every month or so and charging you a little each time but it takes FOREVER for it to be complete... So yea,,, that was my experience with it,,, it was too bad too cause I thought the same thing as you Aura,,, its a great book-idea... The company is sure getting fat LOL!
I wana mom to buy it for me,,, can we be sisters? LOL

Aura. I have that same thing! I cancelled my subscription, so I don't think my set is complete, but I have two binders full, so I'm happy! I love all the cards too, some of them, I know and others I don't. got to be outrageous bills so I had to give that up! ut the little gifts were nice, but like Star said... you can buy alot of inscence, cd's and cards for that $$. Is it full, or is it starting the set?
What a wonderful gift from your mom!
I have been busy, I have only 1 week and 1 day left with school, then I'm off to the testing, and I have been workng more with my regular job too. also, getting doctor appts all caught up etc... you know how that is!

Yea that is a huge binder! I gave up after like 2 shipments so I didnt get very far into it... If it was just like a 30 or 40 dollar book I would be totally down for buying one,,, I loved it..... Maybe one day I can flip through your full one Farey hehehehe

it was about two years I think I was paying for that!!! finally i said enough is enough.. I have abillion books on all of this too!! I go overboard, you know.
The two binders I have are full, but I kow that there are cards missing.. you know they have the numbers on them so you can but them in the place they go. not all mine are there...
oh well... won't be the first time LOL

We never go overboard with anything do we. I have only a few stones and only 1 book on Reiki.........YEAH RIGHT.
I have more books than I can ever read from beginning to end and I want to go to the 1/2 price book store.

ha ha... even when I'm practicing resistance, I think I go overboard, especially when it comes to books! and pretties.... and smell goods... ha ha
I'm happy to see everyone! OMG, I am beat tired, I have cleaned like a crazy woman all day... I am excited to be finished with my school next week, when then I have time to "spring clean" and de junk my messy closets that are a nightmare right now... but I coudn't stop cleaning today.
finally I just had to quit or Im gonna keep going! WTH?? I'm like the energizer bunny today!
