OH, WOW. Thanksgiving was great. I cooked all the normal stuff. My turkey came out better than ever. I was so proud.
Giving thanks started when I woke and in the shower. I felt such a wonderful shower of angels all around me. I started smiling and did for the rest of the day.
Of course...this board was on my list..thanks to all who are here to share you life.

Wow...I have been gone a while! Went to my mom's for Thanksgiving. My first gluten free thanksgiving, which is a lot easier said than done! But it was yummy anyway. Corn bread stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry stuff, turkey and pumpkin custard for dessert! OK, soit was a lot of cookin', but it was yummy just the same. My dad is doing pretty well, by the way (for which I am grateful...all the Reiki y'all sent him worked wonders!) He gets his port-a-cath installed tomorrow (for his chemo.)And he's in great spirits!

Great to hear that Joanie. And it's kinda neat that you had a gluten free Thanksgiving, my grandmother and uncle both can't have gluten so mom and I are always trying out new recipes for them and picking up new gluten free products.

BIG squishy Huggggs! To ever'body! Sorry it took me a minute to post anything. Been a busy week. Just wanted to jump in and say I'm so thankful for all of you!!!Glad to hear the day went well for you guys. We had a wonderful day, got our bellys full and I just finished off the last of the pie yesterday! All that said. I never would have imagined a year ago I would have such a loving wonderful bunch of people in my life. I could get all kind'a mushy right about now but my timer just went off for dinner. Better run.
