For sure Saffy, (or anyone else planning back surgery) if you plan on having surgery I highly suggest getting as strong as you can before hand. In fact one of the first things the surgeon said to my parents when I was out of surgery was that it went so well because I worked so hard to get strong before hand. It might be hard to work out but it is worth the pain in my eyes. I was so weak when I started working out, a push up, LMAO,,, NEVER could I have done that,,,, just before surgery I could do plenty. I never realized how much I was going to need upper body strength until I couldnt bend and they want me to use my arms to push my body off the bed.... So go to water aerobics for me and tell me what I am missing,,,, seriously I would love to know hehehehe! As soon as I can I'ma be back in the pool working out! I realize that might be a month or two even down the road,,, but it is something to look forward to

Why is it Star that everytime I think of you and how much you've been through and the strength you have to help in so many ways, I get tears. But these are tears of learning and of joy. Thank you so much for being you and having the ability to make me and I'm sure others get positive about so many things, and of course being such a great friend

Awww, your too sweet Saffy.... Make me blush I love you guys so much too, and I try to relate my own lifes experiences to what everyone else talks about,,, cause after all that's what I know.... I hope you start doing some water aerobics,,, I wish we were closer, Id be dragging you to my gym with me... Just ask your guides, Angels and Higher Spirit to bring those people to you that will teach you how to care for your physical body even more... Just like you did with the spiritual body,,, it will work, have faith that it will... I know you can get better too! All that said, I am HOME, YAY!! I might have said it in a previous post, I forget but I am so happy to be home again... Sleeping in my bed last night was like sleeping on a bed of clouds! It was awesome, I didnt wana get up hehehe... I am doing really good for it only being 11 days since the surgery, it feels like its been a month. Thanks again, over and over and over for all the Reiki... I love you guys and girls sooo much!
