Sending Reiki...who do you send to?

Just curiosity speaking...

Who do you send to everyday?

Everyday I send to "The Earth and humanity, especially anyone who is ill or in need, for the good of all, harming none."

Do you think whoever needs it, gets it?

I do. I knew a girl who just asked the Universe to send her any Reiki that could help her particular situation. She didn't have anyone sending specifically to her. So, yes, I think so. Also, our Higher Selves accept Reiki.

I agree with Karen. Although everyday I send to everyone here, my family and friends, and to all the specific requests and then I usually ask that if there is anyone else who needs some, for everyones highest good with divine love and wisdom and any other good stuff that the angels wanna throw in! I gotta a giggle or two from my angels on that one *shrugs but it works.

I send to everyone on my grid which includes any special request here,,, my family, those that are willing to recieve anyway,,, which most of my close family is... Mother earth, my animals, situations, and last but certainly not least, myself... Gota be strong to help others heal, right?

I do basically like Star. But if I need Reiki myself, I have also asked for the Universe to please provide any that may be unclaimed. So thanks to all for sending to the Universe.

I send to my kitties, my family, the entire Forum, Mother Earth, and sometimes to radom broken-hearted souls who are willing to accept it.

And a big thank you to all of you who send to everyone here on the board. It is very appreciated on this end, for sure!

Thanks for sharing everyone, I'm learning stuff here all the time! I must incorporate a Reiki sharing in my daily sessions. Or should I concentrate on self healing for the first 21 or so days? Or maybe wait till my Second Degree in March.

Usually at night. I will begin by receiving reiki for myself while turning the reiki on and stating intentions.

Then ask that my whole body generate reiki to send through my heart. Thinking of my heart as a generator. I'll usually list my family, friends, the forum, on Wed and Sunday if I haven't checked I'll say "and who ever's day it is on the forum" and any specific person, situation or being that I have on my mind at that moment then I'll ask that Love be sent to those who need the Light and I'll fall asleep sending.

Sometimes I'll dream about a particular person while I'm falling asleep and I just figure they need some extra and I'll focus on that. For some reason when this happens I'll cup my hands together (guess I need that physical touch?) and envision the person in my hands and envision them being surrounded in healing energy.

Me too usually at night,will begin by saying attitude of gratitude do self healing and state intention and will say all the persons name to whom im sending and cover them with white light and in case if iam falling asleep i ask my divine power to complete my task and seal the energy over them &again will finish it up by saying attitude of gratitude.

I don't send every single day but when I do, I send to people from here, friends, family, people from my reiki group, the planet, and people from a distance healing/prayer group I'm in.

Someone asked about whether you can send right after being attuned...yes, you can begin to do healing on others at any time, but the most important thing is always self-healing so if you don't have time to send or treat others, focus on you. if everyone focused on their own healing it would be a different world. My 2 cents anyway
