Hi friends while sleeping i have an habit of keeping my hands over heart and solar plexus chakra,i can fell numbness in both of my arms till elbow.but now only my little finger &ring finger of my left hand gets the extreme numbness sometimes i feel as if they r frozen once i move my hands they r settled.any suggestion on this is very much appreciated.

i've been considering this one and i'm at a loss. just not sure. maybe the energy gets drained? kinda like when the energy is strong and flowing there is heat and tingles and vibrations? if it gets drained, somehow, there may be stillness or numbness? just an idea. i dunno.......

Do you have poor circulation? I wonder if the position restricts blood flow somehow.

HI Devi,

I'm thinking this is one of two things. One, could just be a circulation issue, like the way you are holding your hands is causing them to "fall asleep" and feel tingly.

The other, energetic possibility is that you are sensing a lot of energy going in to these areas. Sometimes when I'm reiking myself or another I feel energy really intensely at certain points. For me this is usually heat that then subsides but I know some people have described a numbness spreading up to their elbows and then receding. I wonder if that is what you are feeling?

I doesnt have circulation issue,because the same feeling i used to have when i do reiki to my kid, as Christine said i too may feel the energy like numbness.Thanks Christine.
