I learned this a long time ago...about 18. I was going to a hypnotist and she told me to find a safe, happy place to go when we were doing work. I had a severe problem griding my teeth and it was messing up thousands of dollars of dental work.
I still use the same place. Sometimes during meditations, I am still taken there.
