Clearing Unwanted Energy Net

This net is to be used when you sense an energy that is stuck to your aura and you just can't seem to shake it off. It also helps to release emotions or memories that form patterns that you want to now release.
This net involves alot of kunzite, also smoky quartz, and clear quartz.

~place a piece of smoky quartz or kunzite between your feet pointing down and away from your body
~place a clear quartz or kunzite above the crown of the head pointing inwards
~third piece of kunzite can be placed in the area where the negativity is most clearly felt
~you may also place kunzite at each chakra point for a minute or 2, starting with the third eye and moving it down the body to the sacral chakra. Or you could even use your regular chakra stones to put everything back in balance. It is all a matter of preference.

When you feel the negative energy is gone you know you've been in the net long enough.

just an addition to this concept: it also helps to carry or wear dark stones, such as jet, apache tear, onyx, etc., to dispel negative energy and keep it from even coming into you or sticking to you. they repel and/or absorb negative energies. sloan, i like these nets you have. very great ideas and helpful!

i likey this one,,, i have some kunzite too ill have to give it a try,,, does it matter what color kunzite?

nope doesn't matter what colour kunzite you have, whatever you feel the need for. And Joanie the nets are usually done lying down, it makes it a bit easier to arrange the stones.
You are so right faery with the other gems and getting rid of negativity. One that I like to carry for that too is black tourmaline. It helps repel negative energy.
