You know...last night I was looking through some pieces and I found my citrine pendant. I love citrine too. Since this one is polished and faceted, it is so pretty and golden yellow. Maybe this means I should wear it today, ya think?

I can't tell you how much I appreciate you posting what it is used for! I have been dealing with a condition for years and I do not want to go the traditional, western route in treating it. I have been using herbs and reiki and prayer. A stone like this is exactly what I need. I am going to search my stones as I think I may have it already. If not, I'm buying one as soon as possible. Thanks, Sloan!

Citrine is awesome, and good quality citrine can be even more expensive then diamonds.... If you have some of the dark amber/brown citrine,, it is probably heat treated amethyst... If you take amethyst and heat it up it will turn that dark orange/red/brown color and people call that citrine because that is how it is made in nature,,, via heat,,, only when it is done slowly in nature, it turns that light color you see in the pics... Thats why you often see ametrine or citrine/quartz/amethyst mixed together That was just a tidbit of information that I learned when I did my own research on citrine a while back,,, I have both heat treated amethyst, and real citrine, and there is a small vibrational difference in it, I think... Citrine is also known as the merchants stone and you should keep it wherever you have money,,, ie wallet, safe, cash box, purse....

I have a piece in my financial corner in my house. Anything to help, right. I keep a small piece of paper with the eternity symbols and a piece of aventurine. Funny, for the most part, ever since I have had that aventurine, I have had some money in my purse. I put that in over 3 or 4 years ago. Not always but usually $10 to $20.
