oopps you were right with the second one my dear...here's the write up on it!
Scolecite meaning
This stone promotes inner peace, deep relaxation and inner peace. It is an excellent aid to meditation. Awaken the heart with scolecite!
Scolecite enhances the heart chakra energies, opening the door to more spontaneous expressions of love. Exchanged between lovers, scolecite creates a heart-to-heart connection. Dream Stone
Scolecite helps one to realize subtle messages from the inner self and from higher sources. It enhances the dream state, facilitating dream recall, lucid dreaming and restful sleep.

~claps insanely~ yae stary!!! yup. lol. my piece looks just like these. i always wondered why it wasn't clear like all the other quartz. it's a great stone though.
Blue Quartz: A good healing stone for linking heart with throat and brow chakras to expand self expression and creativity, plus refining communication skills to new levels. Eases throat tension. Immune system, thyroid, iodine and B Vitamin use. Some say shining light through Blue Quartz can help reduce need for glasses. Still evolving. Yin.
