anyone familiar with flint?

Went shopping at my woo woo shop today...20% off all crystals!!!

Anyhoooo, I obtained a large chunk of what they called Flint. It's gorgeous, with stripes of browns, whites, greys and one thick stripe of the prettiest blue grey. Never knew flint had so many colors. Here I thought it just came in black and grey..

So, anyone have any experience working with it? There's not a whole lot of info out there, and it is not mentioned in my crystal encyclopedia. It carries such a comforting and familiar energy, very earthy and warm.

Actually, I found a piece of flint in my unknown where did I get them stones. It does have a wonderful energy.


Flint grounds the etheric body more completely into the physidcal. It helps with flighty or disorganized temperaments. helpful for ones recovering from an illness.

you know, i dont have any flint! i am going to have to get me some hehehe,,, i have my little grounders chilling here in "their" spot right now... I love having the grounding and money stones around my computer... so flint,,, hmmmm,,, thanks Joanie!
