Weight-loss Ritual: Do not diet. Reprogram your eating habits. Eat lighter meals at regular intervals, avoid sugars and fats, get all the veggies and fruits you need, and wear a charged moonstone. Three nights after a full moon, stand nude in front of a mirror. Study your body closely, be honest, and be brutal. (To successfully perform this magic, you must know yourself, accept your faults, and then allow yourself to change.) Visualize yourself slimmer, in control of your food intake, and completely alive. Then, hold a moonstone in your projective hand while continuing to visualize the body and discipline you wish to have. Rub the moonstone over the problem areas of your body, visualizing them melting away. Finally, carry the stone with you at all times. When you feel the urge to eat cheesecake, take the stone in your receptive hand, breathe deeply for ten seconds, push the image of food from your mind, and then grab a juicy peach or crunchy carrot stick.

Now, I have tried EVERY diet available - no joke. This one, however, is one I haven't tried. I might give it a shot, although I've been doing very well on my own brand: happiness. I quite Weight Watchers and the gym, got a great new job and dropped 40 pounds! I attribute it to happiness.
As for grabbing the moonstone when you want to grab a piece of cheesecake....well, I'd usually have walked away or grabbed the cheesecake before thinking about grabbing anything else! LOL Ok, I have my weaknesses.

LMAO!!!!!! That is just too funny!! Maybe you want to use unakite though, that helps you gain weight, particularly in the "right" places though hehehehe... Ahhh sorry the vision of that is just too cute! I have been doing so well myself, I gained some after surgery and I've lost almost twice what I gained since,,, I agree with you Karen to me HAPPINESS is the key! I notice when I am happy I WANT to eat healthier and I allow myself little treats here and there,,, im human after all, and you know,,,, there is chocolate out there that NEEDS to be eaten hehehe... I still want to loose a little more and im going to employ my moonstone and try this, I forget where I found this at,,, one of the rock places I visit online... I did go to the gym today and guess what my trainer gave me? Some homemade cheese cake I know,,, and she my trainer LOL,,, but she said its all natural and healthy, no fat, only honey to sweeten it... I just thought it was funny that I got cheesecake from her after deciding to do this little ritual... I think I'll start after I eat it LOLOLOL! I love synchronicities!

I'm with you on the boob thing, Aura. That was too funny. I liked both of the ritual ideas submitted.
I was reading in a book the other day about affirming "every day I am slimmer and slimmer." Saying that several times a day. I use it as my mantra while I work out on my weight machine. The one thing that I've noticed is that I am no longer feeling guilty when I eat something that several weeks ago would have had me trying to work it off within two hours of eating it. I realized this the other day when out of the blue, I pulled into the Dairy Queen and ordered a Blizzard. It was half gone when I realized that I hadn't done the normal mental struggle with should I or shouldn't I before ordering it. As I thought more about this, I realized that this is my biggest problem in that area is that the guilt of eating certain things is manifesting weight gain or failure to lose it. The more I thought about this, the more I realized how society has pounded into our heads that we shouldn't eat this or that and how many fat grams are associated with certain foods. . .on and on it goes. I decided at that time that I was going to work at reprograming myself about food and eating.
