Herkimer "Diamond" Quartz: Herkimer Diamond is called the "stone of attunement". While it is not actually diamond, it is a quartz that often resembles the sparkling clarity of diamonds. It can be metaphysically programmed to attune one to an environment, a situation, a quality, or most anything. It is said to assist with balance on the mental, emotional and physical levels. I love this stone. I grew up near upstate new york and one of my friends went to mine her own herkimer diamonds and had one made into a necklace for me. It has great energy!

thanks! i agree with kristi. i love em! i have two that i keep in my faery pendulum. one is clear and the other has black in it. i've always loved having them together; they remind me of two halves of a whole, yin yang, good/bad......................me! lol. guess i've picked the right place and use for them, then. cool beans! i'd LOVE to have one the size of that one up there, though!!! for sure! i bet that one is really strong!!!

I am a residence counselor at a group home for 5 adults with Developmental Dissabilities / Mental Retardation and I own "InnerVision Crystals"...... its challenging ... on both ends of the spectrum

As for practicing Reiki / Shamballa I havent really done alot of energy work the past few months, more just meditation and I am studying some different energy type stuff , but need to build up my energy for what I am working on so I need to be.....
