Being an example of inner peace is an effective way of expressing our desire to offer inspiration to others. ~Wayne Dyer I loved this affirmation because it reminds us that we need to be peaceful (or enter word in here like loving, calm, resourceful etc.) and that peacefulness that we bring to the world is attracting other peaceful actions, like the way the law of attraction works... Peace begets peace,,, and it is inspiring to others for others to do the same ((hugs)) Star

I lived this recently. The seller of the house I just bought...LONG LONG story but the short version is I told my parents that I am praying for him everyday. They looked at me with shock and I said "we would never do this kind of thing to anyone. He has and so obviously he needs someone to pray for him. Although I am angry and frustrated, those are the times I pray for him." They agreed and thought me compassionate but I just think someone operating out of that type of fear needs prayers, rather than hatred or anger or whatever. It isn't easy but I'm very happy that I have done it.

You know Karen, I know exactly what you mean.
When I had my accident, while I was laying in the hallway of the ER, I was asking if the people in the other car were alright and no one would tell me. I sent my daughters Kundalini energy while there and I sent to them also.
After we got home, I ask Stacey if we could just forget about sueing him because he had been homeless and my heart went out to him. Life seemed to have already dealt him enough.
I do have some anger but I also feel for him.
I think this is the same thing, right?

Something I thought I would add is seeing others in their innocence. Many times we forget we are all connected and One. Seeing them as yourself or a child who is on a spiritual journey just as you are... their path just looks different. For years I confused compassion with unconditional Love. The two are very different. And once I began Loving people unconditionaly (Metta Karuna) as a Mother would a child Peace followed in many areas of my life. This doesn't mean we want or need the person in our personal space. But we Love them, forgive them, forgive yourself for bringing them into your experience, send them Loving and Peaceful thoughts even though we may not be happy with them that doesn't mean we can't Love them. In the end we heal ourselves by doing this. Ok ramble girl out!
