I love this affirmation. It reminds me that healing does start in our minds. I needed that reminder... I have been keeping as many positive thoughts as I can about this upcoming surgery, even to the point of visualizing myself recovering and receiving Reiki as needed....

Our minds are so very powerful,,, what a great reminder!
