now this is cool. i don't think this site is selling anything; it just gives free classes of yoga. how cool is that? i have my normal routine, but if i ever feel like a change, here it is. lol. enjoy!

That way if I have issues or pains, they will know what it is from. But a lot of what they have me do is Yoga. Thanks for sharing the site Aura...I'll bookmark so I remember.
