My skin is so dry too. I put oil on while I'm still wet, but I never thought about using the natural oils. I have both of those and a couple others. I'm glad this thread was opened again.

Where do you get these oils to massage with ladies? Anyone know? Just anywhere? Walmart? etc?

Sorry, since I buy a lot of oils, I get mine through that company, but I'm sure there are other places like walmart. I would just make sure it is 100%. I just got out some Sunflower Oil for my shower tomorrow. I'm really interested. I want to see if I could put some essential oils to give it a smell. I'll try that with a little.
Some sweet lady...a sis on this board, gave me some bath salts and since I didn't have a tub till recently, I haven't used it yet. But Sara did and she loved it.
FYI...Malory moved out and the bath room was an absolute mess. I will not go into details. It took me 2 weeks to clean it. (of course a little at a time) So, tomorrow after the gym, I can try a bath to remove the chlorine and the oil after....I can't wait.

Oh speaking of chlorine,,, just cause u brought it up here Saf,,, I use Ion shampoo and conditioner, it takes the cholrine right out of your hair and I actually wash my body off with it too when I get done in the gym... It helps a LOT, when I first started in the pool I would just use whatever the gym had there, usually suave and I always smelled like chlorine after taking a whole shower, but with Ion I dont at all... Try that,, I get it at Sallys Beauty Supply... Its not much more then regular shampoo either, I just use it in the gym after the pool though and other stuff at home

I love Ion! I use the leave-in-conditioner everyday to keep the static out of my hair. How funny that we both use it. Kristi

That is funny hehehe, I use the swimmers shampoo, and I really love it, and I use the conditioner and the spray conditioner for swimmers... Seriously it saved my hair, it started turning GREEN if you can believe it, because of the chlorine in the pool. I also just recently bought this spray on gel that is just awesome, it does exactly what you say, keeps the static out and keeps it from being frizz city while giving volume... Do you guys have Sallys Beauty Supply where your at? I never looked for it anywhere else but thats where I found it

Yes, we do, that's where I buy it. My Dad is a Barber, so we get a discount at the one in the town where my parents live. Kristi
