I aggree completely about drinking. It dulls the senses in every way , mucks up the energy, and potentially opens you up to unfavorable influence if intoxicated. It basicaly lowers your vibrational level.

That totally makes sense re: drinking. I haven't had a full glass of anything since 2001 when I started taking a prescription that doesn't go well with alcohol. I think because I now don't drink at all, I am more sensitive to the effects of it on others.

Oh me too! I havent drank anything in over two years, I just stopped, I didnt drink often previous to that, but I would occassionally. Now I am just repelled by alcohol... I dont judge those that do, it just isnt for me anymore.
It would have to be a mighty big occasion for me to have a drink for that very reason... I am much more sensitive to the effects of alcohol on others... And this is coming from someone that bartended for a good amount of time!

yes! as i stated in earlier post, i've been doing it while driving to work and it rained for days after like the negativity was being washed away. things have felt lighter...i'm going to keep doing it. thanks again steve for the idea!!

I have been trying this "city wide" Reiki and it feels great. Although I haven't felt the clearing of everything negative, it sure does feel a lot better. What a wonderful feeling.

Good job Saffy! Here's a tip on getting rid of the negative energy you feel in an area of your town/city. Turn on the flow of Reiki in your hands and spin one of your hands counterclockwise as you imagine that section of the city underneath your hand. As you are doing that say the words that represent what you want to erase like anger, depression, fear poverty, emf, bad vibes, murder, robbery whatever bad energy you are picking up just intend to erase it. When you feel an inner or outer sigh of relief (I yawn) you know something has shifted. If you know muscle testing you can surrogate test the energy before and after. This way you get more bang for your buck when running Reiki for your city.
You can also spin clockwise while running the energy and intend all the positive qualities you would like to see in your city, love, peace, harmony, healing, kindness, etc. Try it and see what you feel. It should only take a few minutes to do the work.

I know exactly what you mean about the yawn, Steve. I feel like, well, you may not understand. But like, my hair is up in a bun and I take it down. It is like a relief, it that makes sense.

OH I like that idea too...kinda reminds me of Karate Kid "Wax on, Wax off" Gonna try adding this little technique to it...once again Steve thanks for the idea!
